Hartford Marathon Success

HARTFORD MARATHON SUCCESS

Capital Prep students and faculty ran very well this weekend at the Hartford Marathon Foundation's Red Dress run at Elizabeth Park in Hartford.  Senior Britteni Simpson ran a personal best for 5000m and placed 6th out of nearly 1,000 runners. Simpson joined capital Junior Shamiel Samuels and Classical Senior Camaeh Wood to place 2nd as a team.  Kelly Horan ran a personal best on the 5000m course and came in slightly ahead of teacher Lauren Davern.  They did the Capital Prep family proud!
