College Counseling
Although Capital Prep students start preparing for college as early as their 6th grade year through our Academic Planning process, the formal College Counseling begins in the middle of a student's junior year. Our college counseling office will meet with each individual student in order to support their application packages and assist in any decision making procedures. Additionally, we lead seminars on the process of preparing a college application, encourage our students to begin sitting for either the SAT or ACT as early as possible, and host college fairs on campus.
